Former Manchester United and Ajax star Edwin van der Sar has been rushed to hospital after suffering a brain bleed.
The renowned goalkeeper needed a helicopter lift to the hospital after suffering a stroke while on vacation at a Croatian island.
Van der Sar was admitted to intensive care on Friday afternoon.
He is currently in a stable condition at the hospital’s intensive care unit.
